Senior Associate, Incident Response (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Deliver technical support for cyber defense and incident response assignments.
• Support Case Managers with project structure, resource management, findings presentation, assignment closure, and commercially viable client advice.
• Monitor work quality, assignment value, KPIs, utilization, business generation, and personal objectives.
• Communicate case issues and findings to senior team members and coordinate multiple concurrent projects and tasks.
• Develop client relationships, maintain service and integrity standards, and represent diverse communities.
• Mentor junior staff and identify opportunities for continuous professional improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of incident response experience investigating and remediating cyber breaches, preferably in a consultancy position.
• Experience with incident response, computer forensics, malware reverse engineering, network security, and computer security audit.
• Excellent project management skills, including complex case, resource, and budget management.
• Ability to coordinate competing demands across concurrent projects and tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English and fluency or native capability in the language of the country of assignment.
• Interest in global events and markets, with awareness of diverse cultural and political environments.
• Experience working with diverse teams and willingness to travel frequently as required.

Nice to have

• CREST IR, CFCE, ENCE, GIAC, GCFA, GCIH, GREM, GNFA, or other relevant certifications.
• Bilingual English/French capability.
