Staff / Senior Staff Product Manager (AI)

hirify.global is an AI-enabled workflow platform for CPA firms, unifying engagement tools such as data collection, document exchange, e-signature, e-filing, payments, and analytics.

What you will do

• Own a product area from problem definition through shipped outcomes, including PRDs, engineering and QE sign-offs, and recorded go-live decisions.
• Manage and defend the quarterly roadmap using RICE scoring and enforce disciplined prioritization.
• Protect engineering capacity by maintaining locked sprint scope, leading sprint reviews with live demos, and preparing accurate release notes.
• Partner with Customer Success to convert recurring requests and escalations into product improvements.
• Drive quality with Quality Engineering by ensuring acceptance criteria are met before release.
• Lead PO checkpoints, executive recaps, and customer calls while representing the product area independently.

Requirements

• Proven 0-to-1 experience taking a product from concept to launch and owning its scope and outcome.
• 5+ years of experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Staff-level experience influencing multiple teams, driving outcomes over output, and solving ambiguous problem spaces.
• Active use of AI tools for research, PRD drafting, customer-call synthesis, and prototyping.
• Exceptional writing skills, with PRDs that enable engineering and QA to build and test without additional clarification meetings.

• Experience in tax, accounting, professional services, or complex workflow automation software.
