Senior Manager, CrowdStrike Identity Architect, Cyber Engineered Defense (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Build and lead hirify.global's CrowdStrike Falcon Identity Security consulting practice in a player-coach role.
• Lead identity security assessments across Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, federated SaaS, IAM, PAM, and MFA environments.
• Design and personally implement Falcon Identity Protection, Falcon Privileged Access, FalconID, conditional access, MFA, JIT access, and identity-driven SIEM workflows.
• Develop CQL detections, Falcon Fusion SOAR playbooks, Charlotte AI prompts, integrations, assessment templates, and deployment runbooks.
• Advise CISOs, identity leaders, boards, and CrowdStrike account teams on identity strategy, Zero Trust, pre-sales, and business risk.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to identity security and AI-agent governance thought leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience for Manager or 7+ years for Senior Manager across identity security, IAM, PAM, or MFA, with operational ownership of enterprise identity platforms.
• Hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon experience, including Falcon Identity Protection; working knowledge of Falcon Insight and Falcon Next-Gen SIEM/LogScale is required.
• Experience assessing, architecting, and implementing identity solutions in hybrid environments, not only operating them.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Kerberos, and LDAP.
• Experience designing or deploying modern PAM and MFA solutions.
• Understanding of identity attacks including Kerberoasting, AS-REP roasting, DCSync, NTLM relay, ADCS abuse, OAuth/token abuse, AiTM phishing, and MFA fatigue.
• Hands-on proficiency with PowerShell, Python, and CQL; KQL is a plus.
• Prior consulting delivery experience, including scoping, leading, and personally executing external-client engagements.
• Ability to brief CISOs, identity architects, and executive stakeholders in business terms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Candidates with fewer years may be considered when they have CCIS certification and demonstrable Falcon Identity Protection deployment experience.

Nice to have

• CCIS and additional CrowdStrike certifications such as CCFA, CCFR, CCSA, CCSE, or CCCS.
• Microsoft SC-300, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or CISSP certifications.
• Experience with Charlotte AI, Falcon Fusion SOAR, non-human and AI-agent identity governance, or identity-driven case management in Falcon Next-Gen SIEM.
• Tier-1 consulting experience, identity security speaking or writing, or M&A identity due diligence and tenant consolidation experience.
