Senior Cloud Software Engineer (DevSecOps)

Location: Woburn, MA; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; Dayton, OH; or Arlington, VA. On-site role; U.S. citizenship is required and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Security Clearance is required.

Full-time salary range: $138,000–$185,000 per year.

What you will do

• Implement, deploy, maintain, optimize, and operate DevSecOps pipelines and toolchains for software integrating embedded RF systems, signal processing, and radar, with a primary focus on air-to-air applications.
• Support pipelines in unclassified and classified environments using code quality and security tools.
• Configure and maintain development and DevOps environments across multiple classification levels, focusing on developer productivity, application performance, security monitoring, and alerting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain reliable infrahirify.globalucture toolsets that comply with program requirements and Department of Defense standards.
• Coach team members on DevOps and DevSecOps best practices, tooling, environments, debugging, testing, and process automation.
• Document pipeline architecture, tools, and user processes, identify improvements, and implement enhancements.

Requirements

• <hirify.globalong>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.hirify.globalong>
• Demonhirify.globalated experience with DevSecOps pipelines, preferably on a Department of Defense development effort.
• Experience with AWS or Azure in an IL4, IL5, or IL6 environment.
• Proficiency with build, continuous integration, and continuous deployment tools such as Bazel, CMake, GCC, GitLab, Jenkins, GTest, GCov, and clang-tools.
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments; containerization technologies including Docker, WSL, and Podman; and orchehirify.globalation tools including Kubernetes, Swarm, and Rancher.
• Familiarity with security scanning tools including SonarQube, Coverity, Syft, Grype, Artifactory Xray with Advanced Security, Semgrep, and Anchore, as well as secure design, coding, and analysis practices.
• Familiarity with Ansible, Chef, or Terraform; monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk; Atlassian Confluence; Jira; and Microsoft Office 365.
• Understanding of networking concepts and security protocols, ability to configure and manage network security measures for development environments and tooling, hirify.globalong scripting skills, and knowledge of automation frameworks and tools.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Domain expertise in electronic warfare, antenna apertures, sensor resource management, large-scale platform test systems, cyber-physical systems, or open system architectures such as UCI, OMS, or COARPS.
• Expertise in C++, C++/CUDA, Python, or Java.
• Experience with object-oriented programming, Agile software lifecycle methodologies and tools, and test-driven development methodologies.
