Commercial Intern (Commercial Excellence)

What you will do

• Track monthly sales performance, sell-in, sell-out, and stock-in-trade metrics, and prepare sales reports and performance summaries.
• Analyse retailer performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and support demand forecasting and sales planning.
• Consolidate promotional calendars and support launch planning, stock allocation tracking, promotional execution, and investment monitoring.
• Maintain retailer master data, product listings, pricing files, and promotion records while monitoring stock availability and risks.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail Excellence, and Sales teams on commercial initiatives and retailer updates.
• Prepare presentation materials for business reviews and retailer meetings and support ad-hoc commercial projects and business analysis.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented approach with good organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or data visualisation tools.
