Data Operations Analyst (Thai Speaker)

Location: KL Eco City Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: Up to MYR 3,200 per month

What you will do

• Ensure data integrity throughout data processing and verify the accuracy and validity of processed data.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues raised by supervisors or clients.
• Maintain clear communication and positive working relationships with local, regional, and global colleagues.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to improve work efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to regional and global company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask while thinking rationally under pressure.
• Intermediate-level spoken and written Thai is required.
• Good computer skills and a broad interest in internet research.
• Ability to build relationships with internal, external, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Detail-minded approach and positive working attitude.
