Product Manager, Casino (iGaming)

Location: USA - Remote; open to candidates in eligible locations in the Continental US or Canada. Occasional domestic and international travel is required.

Salary: $125,000–$155,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Discover, validate, and prioritize player and business problems across casino game content, merchandising, lobby navigation, promotions, bonusing, and gameplay features.
• Translate research, analytics, player feedback, and stakeholder input into clear problem statements, opportunity spaces, value hypotheses, and well-defined epics.
• Collaborate with Design, Data, Engineering, CRM, Marketing, Casino Operations, Product Owners, and Technology Product Managers to shape and deliver initiatives.
• Maintain and prioritize the casino product roadmap based on impact, feasibility, strategic relevance, and changing insights.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, experiments, and measurement approaches; evaluate delivered outcomes and recommend follow-up actions.
• Incorporate licensing, regulatory, compliance, and responsible gaming requirements into product decisions across operating markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, data science, marketing, economics, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of product management experience with progressive responsibility, including product roadmap ownership and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or adjacent regulated consumer technology industries.
• Familiarity with agile delivery, A/B testing, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.
