GO Developer/Engineer (Go)

Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia; expected to work from the Bratislava office 3 days per week. Working hours are 9 am–5 pm, with occasional flexibility based on business needs.

Salary: €3,100–€4,700 gross per month. An annual range of €39,400–€59,200 is also stated.

AT&T is hiring for its Infrastructure Tools & Automation Team to develop next-generation Linux automation tools and support enterprise infrastructure.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Go.
• Manage inventory, patching, lifecycle activities, and decommissioning for Linux, UNIX, and Windows Server systems and applications.
• Collaborate with system automation engineers and infrastructure stakeholders supporting business-critical applications and databases.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and automation.
• Support compliance, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automation and scripting using Go.
• Hands-on experience with application and system lifecycle management, patching, automation, and merging.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and system reliability.
• Strategic, proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
