Project Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage assigned customer projects from project handover through completion.
• Coordinate manufacturing, procurement, and logistics activities to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, progress reporting, and risk communication for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support product testing and coordinate customer witnessing requirements.
• Prepare commercial and technical project documentation, including final project records.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and departmental procedures.

Requirements

• HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a project engineering or project management environment.
• Experience with manufacturing or engineering projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Degree in an engineering discipline.
• Additional project management or engineering qualifications.
