What you will do

• Assess competitive landscapes and readiness for key events.
• Support pricing and access strategy development and reimbursement-related initiatives.
• Create frameworks to evaluate the commercial viability of early-stage or external assets.
• Develop marketing tools for hirify.global affiliates and assess product-profile opportunities through life-cycle management.
• Use data to create marketing mix models and support data-driven commercial decision-making.

Requirements

• Professional experience in life science, marketing, technology, or analytics is preferred.
• Digital fluency, strategic thinking, and a passion for improving the patient and customer experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Established record of achievement and leadership; process- and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to operate with agility, leverage emerging opportunities, and challenge the status quo creatively.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Enrollment in an accredited MBA program with graduation planned for 2028.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization or enrollment as a STEM MBA student.
• At least 18 years of age before the scheduled start date and current enrollment in an accredited college or university.

Nice to have

• Marketing, general management, or healthcare management concentration, if offered by the business school.
