Lead Software Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark. Hybrid work with the option to work from home up to two days per week.

What you will do

• Shape future manufacturing technology landscapes supporting automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Replace legacy manufacturing systems with modern, decoupled technologies.
• Set architecture direction across 1–2 manufacturing product teams.
• Guide the design and implementation of complex manufacturing solutions.
• Help product teams make technology choices and establish engineering standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing product teams and Lead Engineers to connect architecture with practical implementation.

Requirements

• Developed software solutions supporting manufacturing processes.
• Designed decoupled architectures for manufacturing systems to improve integration and delivery.
• Led the technical design and implementation of complex solutions across 1–2 product teams.
• Guided manufacturing product teams and Lead Engineers on architecture direction and technical standards.

Nice to have

• Experience using Kubernetes to support software solutions.
• Experience developing software solutions using C#.
