Content & Community Specialist (B2B Technology)

Location: Flexible remote schedule, with the option to work from offices in Kyiv or Prague.

What you will do

• Monitor hirify.global mentions, tags, comments, reposts, direct messages, and discussion threads across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Respond quickly and consistently in the hirify.global brand voice, including joining relevant conversations where the company is not directly tagged.
• Follow and engage with influential industry accounts and escalate discussions requiring detailed answers to the appropriate specialist.
• Scale top-of-funnel content production for the website, including blog and news content.
• Manage translations through internal resources and maintain consistent terminology across languages.
• Create blog and news visuals in collaboration with the design team.

Requirements

• Writing experience in the technology and software sectors within a B2B context.
• Strong English writing skills at upper-intermediate to advanced level, with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice in short replies and long-form content.
• Ability to produce content at volume without compromising quality.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit, including platform reach, comments, and direct messages.
• Customer-focused communication style and care for the impact of every public response.
• Proactive, curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and CMS.
• Experience growing an owned community, such as a Reddit presence or LinkedIn following, from the beginning.
• Additional languages beyond English and Ukrainian.
