Team Lead Technical Onboarding (Payments)

Location: Hybrid, Warsaw, Poland, with regular on-site travel to France

hirify.global is a payments technology company powering merchant and ecommerce payment solutions across five continents.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a 12-person merchant onboarding team across Poland and France.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for merchants using Axis in-store and GoPay ecommerce platforms.
• Monitor team KPIs and onboarding quality, identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate priorities between the Poland and France teams through regular on-site visits to France.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to streamline workflows and resolve escalations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in team management or leadership, ideally within a customer-facing team.
• Mandatory working knowledge of Linux, Python, and SQL.
• Experience in the payments domain or within a software company.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, including the ability to manage priorities across Poland and France.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
