What you will do

• Design and implement machine learning models in NLP and LLMs, including approaches based on BERT, T5, and GPT, to address business challenges and improve customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and support seamless deployment.
• Conduct research and experimentation on new machine learning methodologies and technologies.
• Optimize models for production scalability, efficiency, and performance.
• Analyze complex datasets to generate insights for product development and strategy.
• Contribute to the academic community through publications and patents.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in NLP and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of AI, model optimization, and deployment strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Ability to work digitally first and operate effectively in a fast-moving, complex, and ambiguous environment.
• Ability to complete a pair-programming interview using a personal IDE.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field focused on machine learning and AI.
