AI Automation Engineer Intern

Location: Hybrid internship based at the headquarters in Lehi, Utah, US

hirify.global’s AI team develops technology to solve complex problems across international e-commerce, working with major marketplaces including Walmart.com, Target.com, eBay, Tmall, TikTok Shop, JD, and Mercado Libre.

What you will do

• Prepare high-quality datasets through data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis.
• Support the development and optimization of machine learning models, including hyperparameter fine-tuning and performance evaluation.
• Participate in deploying AI solutions and integrating models into production systems with senior engineers.
• Document AI experiments, code, and project workflows for reproducibility.
• Research AI technologies and methodologies to support team innovation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Proficiency in a programming language commonly used in AI, such as Python or Java.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with eagerness to learn and contribute collaboratively.
• Applicants should be undergraduate or graduate students.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with at least one machine learning framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
