Tech Lead Frontend Developer (Vue.js + Next.js)

Location: 100% remote from Poland; the candidate must live in Poland. Occasional travel to Germany is very rare and almost always optional.

Rate: 135–165 PLN/h on a B2B basis, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead frontend development of the digital bank's core customer onboarding platform using Vue.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Set technical direction and code quality standards while guiding frontend developers.
• Design complex, state-driven multi-step forms and asynchronous applicant journeys.
• Refactor workflows to handle third-party service latency, outages, and timeouts.
• Build asynchronous fallback and retry mechanisms that reduce user-facing errors and keep application state consistent.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial frontend experience, including senior or lead roles.
• Hands-on commercial experience with both Vue.js and Next.js.
• Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills.
• Experience building complex multi-step forms and asynchronous user journeys.
• Fluent English.
