IT Program Manager (TS/SCI with Poly Required)

Location: On-site in Tysons Corner, Virginia, United States. A US Citizen with an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

What you will do

• Serve as the single point of contact for the customer regarding contract and technical activities, performance, milestones, gaps, impediments, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on personnel activities, performance, milestones, gaps, impediments, and deliverables.
• Coordinate customer-facing training and technical compliance requirements for all team personnel.
• Develop or implement program plans and maintain strategic plans documenting capabilities and high-level dependencies.
• Ensure quality control of contract performance, individual performance, and delivered products.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of related work experience.
• US citizenship and an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• BA/BS degree or better in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a similar scientific or technical discipline; equivalent related degrees may include computer science, MIS, economics, physics, genetics, or engineering.
• Demonstrated experience monitoring and reporting on personnel activities, including performance, milestones, gaps, impediments, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated experience developing or implementing program plans.
• Demonstrated experience creating or maintaining strategic plans, documenting existing or future capabilities, and documenting high-level dependencies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Enterprise Control Language and the Lexis-Nexis High Performance Cluster Computing platform.
• Experience performing all-source data analysis and providing analytic support to the customer.
• Experience developing custom algorithms for analytic requirements against massive data stores and directly supporting technical analysis using massive data processing systems.
• Experience writing cables.
• Experience planning and coordinating hardware and software installation or upgrades, cloud services, programming, systems design, IT network modification, or Internet and intranet implementation.
• Experience deploying web applications to cloud management environments, including DevOps and security configuration management.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, and VPC.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and executing documentation activities required for customer data compliance, including legal and data policy requirements.
