Middle/Senior Data Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote or from one of the company's offices

Company

hirify.global is expanding its engineering team to deliver data and machine learning solutions for a leading hospitality provider managing upscale hotels, luxury residences, casinos, restaurants, and leisure facilities.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Ingest, transform, and model data from multiple sources into data lakehouse and warehouse environments.
• Ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Develop complex SQL queries, datasets, semantic models, and advanced dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
• Develop, fine-tune, integrate, monitor, and retrain large language models for enterprise use cases.
• Lead data initiatives, improve data accessibility and algorithm iteration with product and engineering teams, and run statistically sound experiments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience delivering and scaling machine learning products.
• BA or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
• Strong Python and SQL or other querying-language skills, with production-level coding experience and broad knowledge of healthy code practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, DAX, Python, and MS SQL Server.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand, analyze, and solve business goals with clients.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
