Middle/Senior Python Developer (Cloud/Microservices)

What you will do

• Design and develop robust, scalable backend services with Python frameworks such as Flask and Django using microservices architecture.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend applications and other systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists on data pipelines and ETL processes using Kafka and SQL databases.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure and applications on AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Develop and maintain data catalogs and data mesh architectures to improve data accessibility and governance.
• Write clear documentation for APIs, services, and systems.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Python and software engineering principles.
• Strong familiarity with REST API backend development.
• Experience with Docker and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with good documentation practices for software systems.
• Conversational English sufficient for effective communication with clients and team members.

Nice to have

• Experience with data tools and frameworks such as Kafka, relational databases, and stream processing.
• Experience with data catalog tools, data mesh architectures, and federated software architectures.
• Knowledge of and experience with ETL frameworks.
• Experience with ML tools.
