Senior Full Stack Engineer - Data Services (AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: €5,000–€8,000 gross per month, total compensation including RSUs package

What you will do

• Build agentic and deterministic solutions for internal data- and AI-driven use cases.
• Develop full-stack, data-oriented systems and pipelines using Python, Scala, Java, and TypeScript.
• Own the context store and data catalog end to end, from data modeling to interfaces used by engineers and AI agents.
• Collaborate with squads and Data Infrastructure teams on architecture, data contracts, and shared tooling.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Experience designing, building, and owning end-to-end production-grade services and web applications using modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or Next.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI and LLM capabilities into production systems, including agentic workflows, tool-calling, or MCP-based integrations.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, UX specialists, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with big data and/or data-oriented products.
• Experience building advanced RAG or agentic search and/or building MCP servers as a product.
