Senior Software Engineer, Audience (Golang/AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Charleston, with three office days and two home days per week; fully remote if based elsewhere, with the possibility to work from anywhere in the world.

Salary: From €6,000 gross per month, based on experience.

What you will do

• Contribute to product development decisions.
• Design, develop, and test features for contact profiles, segmentation, and AI-powered audiences.
• Resolve technical challenges affecting system functionality and performance.
• Maintain features through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Share engineering best practices with team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and maintaining scalable, highly available, high-load systems.
• Customer-centric approach to business decisions and product development.
• Experience with Golang, or another backend programming language with willingness to learn Golang.
• Experience with React or an equivalent framework, with willingness to learn React.
• Familiarity with modern software build pipelines and tools.
• Proficiency with NoSQL and SQL databases, with willingness to learn MongoDB, Bigtable, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with real-time distributed messaging tools such as NSQ or Pub/Sub.
• Experience with any cloud provider; hirify.global uses Google Cloud Services.
• Experience with event-based architecture and willingness to adopt AI-first engineering practices and coding agents.
