Performance Marketing Analyst (AI)

hirify.global is a startup within Wix developing an AI-powered platform that enables creators, founders, and entrepreneurs to build custom software applications using natural language without traditional coding.

What you will do

• Lead paid user acquisition strategies and manage high-budget campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, X/Twitter, and other major advertising networks.
• Analyze CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics and continuously optimize campaigns against business KPIs.
• Use large-scale data and market trends to identify growth channels and audience segments.
• Test, integrate, and use new advertising features and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, creative, and data teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role; tech or marketing experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience translating raw data into actionable growth strategies.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of leading initiatives end-to-end.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in technology or marketing.
