🚀 Junior Performance Marketer
🌍 Location: Remote
💼 Format: B2B contract preferred
We’re looking for a Junior Performance Marketer with hands-on paid acquisition experience who wants to grow within a fast-growing consumer AI business.
🔹 What you’ll do:
Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across major advertising platforms.
Optimise campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and commercial results.
Test audiences, creatives and campaign strategies.
Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities.
Take ownership of campaigns and demonstrate your personal impact.
Gradually develop towards managing larger advertising budgets independently.
🔹 What we’re looking for:
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
Experience personally launching and optimising campaigns.
Familiarity with at least one platform: Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram or Reddit.
Understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion metrics and campaign performance.
Strong analytical skills and a testing mindset.
Ability to explain your contribution to campaign results.
Willingness to work on a B2B contractor basis.
