Senior Cloud Developer (Azure/.NET)

Location: Onsite in Göteborg, Sweden; must be based in Göteborg or within commuting distance. Home working is possible when it makes sense, but the Gothenburg studio is the main hub. Relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Own the technical direction of a business-critical medical technology solution spanning React and Angular frontends, C#/.NET backends, a .NET MAUI mobile app, and Azure.
• Lead software delivery, ensuring releases meet quality and regulatory requirements and remain well-documented and traceable.
• Discuss requirements with commercial, regulatory, legal, and IT stakeholders and turn them into working solutions.
• Break work into stories, delegate within the team, and contribute hands-on across the technology stack.
• Validate technical proposals with regulatory stakeholders and contribute to architecture discussions and ISO audits.
• Represent hirify.global externally alongside the Gothenburg sales team by meeting partners, shaping solutions, and contributing to proposals and commercial discussions.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written Swedish is required.
• Experience building backend and cloud solutions with C#/.NET on Azure is required.
• Understanding of how applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure interact within a complete software solution.
• Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and quality, with a structured approach to documentation and traceability.
• Ability to share knowledge, guide developers, and help the team select appropriate technical solutions.
• Confident communication with partners and stakeholders, including presenting, facilitating workshops, and connecting technical decisions to business needs.
• Ability to work with complex business, regulatory, legal, and IT requirements and contribute to ISO audits.
• Must be based in Göteborg or within commuting distance; relocation is not offered.

• Frontend or mobile development experience.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted and agentic development and experience exploring how AI tools can improve everyday work.
