Quality Assurance Technical Service (MedTech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model.

What you will do

• Support Technical Services Operations processes and procedures across EMEA.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, the hirify.global Corporate Quality Manual, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
• Maintain quality processes across EMEA field operations.
• Support quality assurance requirements across front-office, back-office, and field service activities.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, the QATS team, CQA, SQA, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, an equivalent technical or technology field, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Entry-level profile; no prior professional experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Analytical mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quality-focused environment.
• English at B2 level in speaking, writing, and reading.
• French at B2 level in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or practical experience from studies, internships, placements, or projects in Quality, Engineering, Technical Services, Medical Devices, or a related field.
