Java Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and testable Java solutions using an AI-first delivery approach.
• Contribute to technical solution design and development planning.
• Provide accurate delivery timeframes and technical task assessments.
• Create robust unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment and share technical expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java/JEE development.
• Solid experience with object-oriented design and design patterns.
• Responsible use of AI engineering tools such as Kiro, Claude Code, and Copilot across the delivery lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in the Spring ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, or Angular.
