Data Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Code new products and product characteristics and maintain product databases.
• Run validation checks, monitor data quality, and ensure product information reflects market changes and launches.
• Collect, archive, and maintain product information from manufacturers, websites, catalogs, and other sources.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while maintaining documentation and KPI tracking.
• Respond to client queries and collaborate with internal teams on requests.
• Monitor relevant market and category developments for assigned products.

Requirements

• Fluent Croatian and intermediate English at B2+ level, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Previous work experience is advantageous; early-career professionals with the right mindset and learning agility are welcome.
