EHS Intern

What you will do

• Maintain and continuously improve the EHS Management System in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, including gap assessments, internal audits, and corrective-action tracking.
• Review, organize, and standardize EHS policies, procedures, standards, and templates while maintaining document registers, compliance trackers, and management system records.
• Map EHS processes, workflows, responsibilities, and governance requirements, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitalize them using Power BI and Power Automate.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze EHS data across business units to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the planning and delivery of two to three EHS improvement projects, including project plans, milestones, progress trackers, impact measures, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and prepare monthly progress updates, presentations, and management reports covering achievements, risks, and next steps.

Requirements

• Recently graduated with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Environment, Health & Safety or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of management systems, process improvement, risk management, and project management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and turn findings into practical, actionable recommendations.
• Strong organization and project coordination skills, with the discipline to track milestones, manage multiple tasks, and own deliverables.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Curious, structured, and proactive mindset, with the ability to challenge inefficient processes and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience with Power BI or Power Automate.
• Willingness to learn new digital tools.
