Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Azure Platform

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement with office attendance two days per week; flexible APAC working hours.

What you will do

• Provision, configure, manage, and migrate Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Scale Sets, Storage, NetApp, Virtual Networks, VPN, VNet, and Private Link.
• Deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and improve Kubernetes clusters and workloads using reliability, scalability, and security best practices.
• Support mission-critical client environments, align client requirements with platform capabilities, and contribute to platform evolution.
• Manage infrastructure deployment pipelines, onboarding, third-party software such as IDP and SFTP, and operational issues.
• Execute disaster recovery, configuration management, infrastructure readiness, incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Design and oversee enterprise-scale observability platforms using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Grafana; maintain documentation and provide weekend or on-call support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
• Expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Practical experience with monitoring and logging tools including Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Grafana.
• Experience defining and tracking Service Level Indicators and Service Level Objectives.
• Experience managing onboarding projects and live production operations.
• Understanding of networking, virtualization, and containerization, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Comfort working with Linux and Windows systems, APIs, PowerShell, Bash, and SQL.
• Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension; a collaborative mindset; and interest in continuous learning and growth.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform.
• Experience with Bicep, ARM, or Ansible.
