Junior Media Specialist (AI/Real Estate)

Location: Remote; must be a current resident of the Philippines. Graveyard hours, 5 days per week, 9 hours per day with a one-hour meal break.

What you will do

• Gather information from client brokerage and social media profiles to curate relevant image folders.
• Source stock imagery according to documented SOPs and image best practices.
• Maintain internal image libraries and collections, including appropriate labels.
• Find client and brokerage logos and verify compliance with documented requirements.
• Prepare web-ready light, dark, transparent, favicon, and required-size logo variants, including standard client and brokerage lockups when needed.
• Deliver complete imagery and logo asset packages, escalating unclear compliance requirements or complex logo reconstruction.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of imagery best practices and an impeccable eye for design.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Resourcefulness and up-to-date knowledge of imagery best practices and SOPs.
• Understanding of major US markets and interior/exterior design styles.
• Must currently reside in the Philippines.
• Must be willing to work graveyard hours 5 days per week, 9 hours per day with a one-hour meal break.
• Must own a laptop or desktop, have a valid government ID, and have an existing bank account or be willing to open one if hired.
• Must have a stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a backup connection.
• Must live in an area with stable power supply and no constant power outages.

• Background in graphic design, fine arts, or web design.
