Product Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote; work from anywhere within the CET or EET time zones

What you will do

• Build and develop the hirify.global product across the full development cycle, from identifying user problems to launching solutions in production.
• Work with the Product Team and CEO to understand user needs, evaluate solutions, and shape product direction.
• Develop AI-powered experiences, including workflows and an AI Companion for users seeking mental health support.
• Apply AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery.
• Collaborate across code, design, user experience, and business considerations as an independent Product Engineer.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in a product company.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and PostgreSQL.
• Product thinking focused on solving user problems rather than only technical solutions.
• Experience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications, or extensive daily experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design scalable, maintainable systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools.

• Experience in mobile app development.

Hiring process
