The Strategic Affairs Unit within the Ruler’s Office of a growing UAE Emirate is appointing a Senior Consultant to join its strategy unit. Sitting directly alongside senior government leaders and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), this team drives the long-term socio-economic roadmap, investment strategy, and policy framework for the Emirate.

This high-visibility seat offers direct access to sovereign decision-making—combining strategic analysis, sovereign investment appraisals, policy facilitation, and blue-sky thinking across economic sectors.

*Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (4 days in-office at Palace HQ / 1 day remote; ~1 hr from Dubai)
*Comp: US150,000–US165,000 Tax-Free Base + up to 20% Bonus

*Experience: 3–4 years in strategy consulting at a top-tier firm (MBB / Tier-1 / Strategy boutiques)

*Sovereign Strategy & Analysis: Conduct high-level research and commercial analysis on economic performance and trends directly for executive leadership.
*Policy & Investment Appraisals: Formulate long-term development strategies and evaluate commercial due diligence for major state investments.
*Government Engagement: Partner with Senior Government Officials and department heads to build alignment and execute strategic mandates.
*Horizon Scanning: Lead scenario planning and innovative initiatives to advance the Emirate’s vision.
