What you will do

• Develop a collaborative HR platform for Business Evolutions ushirify.global SharePoint as the main environment.
• Improve the stakeholder experience by makhirify.global information easier to find, understand, and use.
• Create navigation, page structures, and content flows for different stakeholder groups.
• Organise templates, documents, FAQs, process guidance, and communication materials.
• Build toolkits supporthirify.global managers, HRBPs, employees, and the Job-to-Job team.
• Gather stakeholder input and feedback to improve the platform and materials.

Requirements

• Current student with a proactive, structured, communicative, and hands-on mindset.
• Interest in stakeholder experience and change.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to structure complex information.
• Interest in SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Comfort workhirify.global with different stakeholders.
• Preferred study background in Human Resources, Communication, Business Management, Digital Transformation, Information Management, Organisational Psychology, or Business Engineerhirify.global.
