What you will do
- Own and continuously improve the recruitment employee journey from an employee experience perspective.
- Evaluate feedback, operational data and market trends to identify pain points and moments that matter.
- Design and deliver initiatives that simplify, automate and digitise recruitment processes.
- Build improvement roadmaps and manage projects from idea through implementation across local and global stakeholders.
- Support adoption of new HR processes, tools and ways of working.
- Maintain governance, process integrity and compliance across screening, risk, legal, regulatory and data protection requirements.
Requirements
- Experience improving HR processes, employee journeys or service delivery models.
- Strong project and change management capabilities.
- Experience working with HR technologies, enterprise platforms or digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to translate data into insights and practical action.
- Structured problem-solving approach with strong communication and influencing skills.
- Confidence collaborating with HR partners, product owners, external providers and stakeholders in complex environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday or similar HR technology platforms.
- Background in talent acquisition, employee experience, HR operations or HR transformation.
- Experience in international or matrix organisations.
- Familiarity with HR risk, compliance, governance, process automation, analytics or digitalisation.
