Employee Journey Expert

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the recruitment employee journey from an employee experience perspective.
• Evaluate employee feedback, operational insights and market trends to identify moments that matter and design simpler, more personal and frictionless experiences.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and digitize HR processes and partner with global product owners on HR technology.
• Build and maintain roadmaps, manage projects from idea through implementation, and coordinate initiatives across local and global stakeholders.
• Support adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working while ensuring measurable and sustainable outcomes.
• Maintain governance and compliance across recruitment, including employment screening, data protection, legal and regulatory requirements, and risk management.

Requirements

• Experience improving HR processes, employee journeys or service delivery models.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Ability to translate data into insights and actionable improvements.
• Experience with HR technologies, enterprise platforms or digital transformation initiatives.
• A structured approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI, and their potential to improve employee experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or similar HR technology platforms.
• Experience in talent acquisition, employee experience, HR operations or HR transformation.
• Experience in international or matrix organisations.
• Familiarity with HR risk, compliance or governance processes.
• Knowledge of process automation, analytics or digitalization initiatives.
