Manager, Engineering Management System Development (AI)

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid working with the option to work from home up to two days per week, depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Develop and improve Engineering Management System components within the agreed roadmap.
• Translate Engineering Delivery System priorities and user needs into practical processes, standards, methods, templates and guidance.
• Develop a coherent EMS architecture connecting governance, engineering processes, performance management, capability and knowledge.
• Coordinate process and standard development, clarify ownership and interfaces, and reduce duplication.
• Develop information and knowledge structures, feedback mechanisms, adoption measures and maturity measures.
• Define requirements for workflows, reporting, analytics and automation, maintain an improvement backlog, and explore AI-enabled opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience developing or improving management systems, quality systems, operating models, business processes or governance frameworks.
• Experience building or improving processes, standards, methods, templates or supporting guidance that enable consistent ways of working.
• Experience translating complex stakeholder and business requirements into practical management-system solutions.
• Experience applying process management, standardisation and continuous-improvement principles in a professional environment.
• Experience working across functions and influencing leaders, process owners and specialists without formal authority.
• Ability to structure complex information and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using digital management systems, knowledge platforms, workflow solutions, analytics or reporting to support business processes.
• Strong facilitation, planning, communication and disciplined follow-through.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical product environments.
• Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI or comparable platforms.
• Experience applying AI-enabled productivity, automation or knowledge-management solutions in a governed environment.
• Knowledge of ISO-based management systems, document control, audit or compliance environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation, operating-model development or cross-functional process implementation.
• A relevant degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Information Management, Digital Technologies or a related discipline.
• Equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
