Oracle Procurement Expert (AI)

Location: On-site at the New York Office, USA

What you will do

• Own integration patterns, reference architectures, and technical standards for Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade data flows using Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, cXML, and related technologies.
• Lead technical workshops with procurement teams, IT stakeholders, enterprise customers, and implementation partners.
• Configure integrations, troubleshoot interface errors and data inconsistencies, and support deployments from testing through go-live.
• Enable AI agents to interact with requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, supplier data, catalogs, and invoices.
• Turn customer-specific integration challenges into reusable product capabilities and develop documentation, playbooks, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle experience with deep expertise in enterprise procurement.
• Experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and/or Oracle E-Business Suite across enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Contract, purchasing, and invoice-processing workflows.
• Experience integrating Oracle Procurement with Financials, Supply Chain, and external applications.
• Technical proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle APIs, FBDI, SQL, data mappings, and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience owning technical workstreams or solution architecture in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Ability to discuss architecture with CIO-level stakeholders and debug production issues hands-on.

Nice to have

• Experience with both Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS, including migration projects.
• Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle Integration Cloud certification.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Jaggaer.
• Scripting experience, particularly Python.
• Exposure to AI, intelligent automation, or document-processing technologies.
