Senior Full Stack Engineer (CX Platform)

Location: Remote in Santa Fe, Argentina; currently fully remote with a future transition to a hybrid setup.

What you will do

• Build complete operational modules end to end, from React interfaces through Node.js services and relational data models.
• Design and ship high-density data views, complex operational workflows, and internal tools for the CX platform.
• Implement secure BFF and aggregation layers consuming internal microservices and external providers.
• Standardize payloads and enforce authorization rules before sensitive data reaches clients.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational workflows into solutions that reduce handling times.
• Champion clean engineering patterns, maintain a high quality bar, and mentor peers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Advanced React and UI engineering skills, including web standards such as HTML/DOM, CSS, and HTTP, plus TypeScript proficiency.
• Node.js backend experience with well-structured REST API design, service boundaries, error handling, and clean backend patterns.
• Experience designing relational schemas, writing performant queries, and reasoning about transactional integrity.
• Hands-on experience implementing authentication and authorization flows, especially RBAC for sensitive data.
• Ability to design BFF or aggregation layers that consume multiple microservices and expose a clean, secure client surface.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combining creative UI implementation with backend engineering rigor.

• Technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, and architectural influence beyond the immediate scope.
• Experience building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications for operational efficiency and scale.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as fintech or healthcare, including strict RBAC and data isolation.
