Senior Full Stack Engineer (CX Platform) (Buenos Aires)

Location: Remote in Argentina; conditions: Buenos Aires. The work model is currently fully remote, with a future transition to hybrid.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered financial companion and cross-border money movement infrastructure for Latinos in the US, expanding into credit, savings, and wallet services.

What you will do

• Build complete operational modules end to end, from React interfaces through Node.js services and relational data models.
• Design and ship high-density data views, complex operational workflows, and internal tools for CX operators.
• Implement BFF and aggregation layers that integrate internal microservices and external providers, standardize payloads, and enforce authorization.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand workflows and reduce handling times through technical solutions.
• Apply clean engineering patterns, maintain a high quality bar, mentor peers, and contribute to engineering culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Advanced React and UI engineering skills, including HTML/DOM, CSS, HTTP, and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building structured REST APIs with Node.js, including API design, service boundaries, error handling, and clean backend patterns.
• Experience designing relational schemas, writing performant queries, and working with transactional integrity.
• Hands-on experience implementing authentication and authorization flows, especially RBAC for sensitive data.
• Ability to design BFF or aggregation layers that consume multiple microservices and expose a secure client interface.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combining creative UI implementation with rigorous backend engineering.

Nice to have

• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and influencing architectural decisions.
• Experience building internal tools, CRM systems, or high-density data applications focused on operational efficiency and scale.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as fintech or healthcare, including strict RBAC and data isolation.
