Serve as a technical lead for iOS and Android development, setting architectural direction and coding standards.
Continuously improve the mobile tech stack to support business needs.
Streamline and unify the global mobile codebase for enhanced performance.
Lead the development of a strong testing strategy to ensure high-quality applications.
Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of innovation and learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in iOS and Android development, with 3+ years in a tech lead role.
Strong proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, and Java.
Experience with server-driven UI architectures and AWS cloud services.
Proven ability to design scalable and maintainable mobile architectures.
Experience in TDD/BDD and CI setups.
