What you will do

• Support Commercial Banking Relationship Managers with client acquisition, relationship management, and business development activities.
• Coordinate sales-cycle activities and collaborate with other hirify.global units.
• Identify business opportunities and help develop financing solutions aligned with client needs.
• Research industries, clients, and prospects; evaluate business growth opportunities and prepare analyses for credit submissions.
• Support credit structuring and documentation for client-specific financing solutions.
• Assess client needs, respond to enquiries, and prepare financial and strategic proposals.

Requirements

• Experience with financial statements and accounting principles, including valuation techniques and cash flow analysis.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to investigate complex problems, interpret data, and communicate detailed information clearly.
• Ability to take ownership, lead activities, and deliver results.
• Adaptability and willingness to continuously evolve thinking and working methods.
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to inclusive teamwork.
• High standards, relationship-oriented conduct, and motivation to develop professionally.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
