Salary: $60,880–$91,320 per year. Geographic-specific pay structures may apply depending on location.

What you will do

• Assist with compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and routine testing against internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document observations, findings, follow-up actions, and compliance matters through summaries, reports, and tracking materials.
• Review records, data, and supporting materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Respond to routine compliance questions through team channels, phone queues, and email mailboxes.
• Track issues, support remediation follow-up, and coordinate with business partners on timely resolution.
• Gather information, maintain documentation, and support divisional projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and seek guidance when appropriate while working effectively within a team.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with team members and business partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including reviewing information, identifying issues, and applying sound judgment.
• Ability to use industry knowledge to identify hazards and evaluate their severity and potential business impact.
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to make timely, data-driven decisions, gather business requirements, and identify risks.
• Ability to analyze policies and procedures, identify gaps, develop improvements, and communicate requirements to employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements that increase productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.

Nice to have

• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 24 certifications, or the ability to obtain them within department specifications.
