What you will do

• Produce, shoot, and edit native social-first content for Reels, carousels, TikToks, YouTube long-form and Shorts, and Pinterest pins.
• Translate social trends, strategy briefs, and listening insights into platform-native hirify.global and hirify.global Beauty content.
• Partner with the Community Lead on Tier 3 always-on output and support Tier 1 and Tier 2 campaign production.
• Direct influencers, internal creators, and other on-camera talent on set and on the fly.
• Maintain a high creative standard across visual craft, copy, and editing while working at the speed of trend cycles, drops, and brand moments.
• Drive adoption of generative AI tools for content production, ideation, and variant generation, and provide feed insights to social strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, film, design, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 5–7 years of experience delivering social-first content end-to-end at a brand, publisher, or agency.
• Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects.
• Native social editing experience with CapCut and Edits.
• Experience shooting with an iPhone and mirrorless cameras, including lighting and audio craft.
• Experience directing on-camera talent.
• Experience using Figma, Photoshop, and Canva for static layouts.
• Experience with Sprout or native social schedulers.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools such as Firefly, Runway, and ElevenLabs.
• Demonstrated decision quality, complexity management, action orientation, innovation, collaboration, customer focus, and effective communication.
