Biology Experts (AI)

Location: Fully remote from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Denmark, Ecuador, France, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, or Uruguay. Project-based engagement with flexible hours.

Salary: US$30–US$80 per hour, depending on expertise and project requirements.

What you will do

• Design challenging tasks in molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, microbiology, bioinformatics, and related areas.
• Develop reference solutions with clear reasoning, supporting evidence, and reproducible analysis where applicable.
• Evaluate agents’ use of biological databases, scientific literature, analytical tools, and datasets.
• Define evaluation criteria and identify factual errors, unsupported conclusions, and methodological weaknesses.
• Review and refine tasks to ensure clarity, scientific soundness, and an appropriate level of challenge.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in biology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional expertise.
• At least 3 years of experience in biological research or applied biological work.
• Experience interpreting experimental results and scientific literature.
• Fluent English and strong written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with biological databases, bioinformatics tools, R, or Python.
