Life Sciences Research Expert (Python)

Location: Global, fully remote; approximately 15 hours per week with flexible working hours.

Salary: $60–$110 per hour; output-based compensation for tasks meeting project quality requirements.

What you will do

• Create and solve challenging scientific problems in life sciences.
• Develop Python-based analyses, models, simulations, and data-processing workflows.
• Analyze biological data and develop computational solutions for advanced AI system evaluation and improvement.
• Review scientific solutions and code for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
• Validate computational results and identify errors in scientific reasoning or implementation.

Requirements

• PhD, MD, or Master’s degree with substantial research experience in a relevant life sciences field.
• Strong Python skills for scientific computing, data analysis, or modeling.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, reproducible results.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NumPy, pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, or Jupyter.
