Business Operations & Analytics

Location: Remote for full-time salaried employees currently residing in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada. Offices are available in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto.

Base salary: $110K–$140K annually, plus potential equity and stock options.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered app and advisor for managing car, home, motorcycle, RV, insurance, maintenance, repairs, and other physical assets.

What you will do

• Join the central Business Operations & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Define business questions, clarify the decisions they should inform, and challenge flawed problem framing.
• Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights that improve key business metrics.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts.
• Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what actions should follow.
• Own the analytical function and execution for an assigned business area end-to-end.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Comfort with SQL or Python.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills, including the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.
• First-principles problem solving, hypothesis development, and precise written and verbal communication.
