Senior iOS Developer (remote within EMEA)

Location: Fully remote within Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Romania, or Spain; office work is also available in Riga.

Salary: From EUR 4,000 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain features in modular SwiftUI iOS apps used to design products, manage stores, and track orders.
• Own features end to end, from design review and architecture through A/B testing and release.
• Drive architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and improve code quality.
• Mentor developers and share best practices across the mobile team.
• Improve app performance, stability, and crash-free rate.
• Track Apple platform and Swift updates and apply relevant improvements to the apps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building production iOS apps in Swift.
• Strong experience with SwiftUI and solid knowledge of Swift concurrency, including async/await, actors, and Sendable.
• Experience with modular app architecture and Swift Package Manager.
• Experience writing unit tests with XCTest or Swift Testing.
• Track record of making architectural decisions and leading features from idea to release.
• Experience with Git, code review, and collaborative development.
• Good knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with The Composable Architecture (TCA) or another unidirectional architecture such as Redux or MVI.
• UIKit interoperability and WidgetKit or other app extensions.
• iOS CI/CD using GitHub Actions, TestFlight, or the App Store release process.
• Product analytics and experimentation with Amplitude or Firebase.
• Crash reporting and triage with Sentry or Crashlytics.
• Snapshot testing.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
