What you will do

• Analyze and model large, complex healthcare datasets using statistical and quantitative techniques.
• Apply mathematical and statistical models to identify key drivers and relationships, evaluate changing market or clinical conditions, and forecast trends and outcomes.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to custom research studies through analysis, interpretation, and synthesis of results.
• Support the development and publication of research findings, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with researchers, consultants, and technical experts in cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related technical or quantitative field.
• Working knowledge of analytics and statistical programming tools such as Python or R.
• Experience applying machine learning models, clustering and segmentation, and time-series analysis.
• Ability to translate complex analytical insights into business-relevant conclusions.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Passion for analytics, data-driven problem solving, and research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly.
