Risk Management Analyst (AI)

Location: Monterrey or Mexico City, Mexico; occasional travel may be required for on-site presentations or trainings.

What you will do

• Answer detailed client inquiries about hirify.global products, methodologies, models, and data requests.
• Analyze market performance and financial data for clients on both reactive and proactive bases.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive follow-up and clear sharing of relevant product and model information.
• Provide client feedback to Coverage, Product Management, Research, and Production teams.
• Monitor current events and trends in financial markets and act as a point of contact for routine client inquiries.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Risk Management, Capital Markets, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, organizational, and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a structured way.
• Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts, methodologies, and technical information clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of financial and risk-management concepts, including market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, counterparty credit risk, stress testing, Value at Risk (VaR), portfolio construction, optimization, CAPM, modern portfolio theory, and multi-factor risk models.
• Solid understanding of international financial institutions, investment management, and global capital markets.
• Working knowledge of AI-powered tools and technologies and the ability to use them to improve productivity, analysis, and client service.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, geographies, and cultures, navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing business needs, and prioritize competing demands.
• Client-centric mindset, proactive approach, and ability to build long-term client partnerships and deliver value-added solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience supporting institutional clients or working in a client-facing, analytical, consulting, or investment-related role.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
