Production Intern (Photography and Video Production)

Location: Atlanta Support Center, Atlanta, GA; on-site production work with travel within Georgia as required. Availability for irregular weekday hours and 2–3 days per week is required, with additional days as production projects require.

What you will do

• Support photography and video production for hirify.global’s brands and shared services teams across pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production.
• Serve as a Production Assistant on set, supporting producers, directors, crew, studio setup and breakdown, stage organization, and production safety.
• Prepare and distribute call sheets, organize pre-production books, and manage schedules, shot lists, releases, production paperwork, and documentation.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, props, documents, food runs, prop runs, and supply pickups using a personal vehicle.
• Assist with storage room organization, inventory, budgeting, expenses, bid decks, vendor estimates, office tasks, and file management.
• Work collaboratively with corporate, brand, franchisee, creative, production, and post-production teams; identify minor on-set issues and escalate larger concerns.

Requirements

• Must be a rising junior or rising senior currently enrolled in a college or university and working toward a four-year degree or equivalent Photography, Broadcast, Visual Media, or Production degree.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle.
• Understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and technical aspects of still photography and film production.
• Familiarity with creative, video, or production work environments and knowledge of video or photography workflows and software management.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace/G-Suite, Zoom, Airtable, and similar collaboration tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to learn on the job.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Creativity, problem-solving ability, strong interpersonal skills, and confidence identifying areas for learning and improvement.
• Flexibility to work irregular weekday hours and travel within Georgia as required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a production, media, or creative environment through an internship, student production, freelance work, or academic project.
• Experience with a wide range of media, formats, platforms, and mediums, including broadcast, digital/mobile/social, POP, events, and video.
