Agent Communications Associate

Location: Hybrid position in New Haven, Connecticut, United States; US work authorization is required.

Salary: $58,500–$99,500 annually.

What you will do

• Respond to inquiries sent to the Field Management mailbox.
• Maintain the Field Resources SharePoint and Agent Portal, including accurate forms and resources.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts on content development and communication design.
• Draft, edit, and distribute Field Management announcements and software-related messages, including communications about Dynamics.
• Coordinate with Marketing on agent promotional materials and collaborate with external industry associations, including MDRT, NAFIC, and LAMP.
• Support engagement with Field Management initiatives, contests, and training materials, and track execution.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree, preferably in business communications or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to give and receive feedback.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for most of the workday.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of life insurance sales, annuity, and financial products.
• Knowledge of the sales environment, agency operations, tools, processes, and best practices for Knights Agents.
• Ability to develop training materials and facilitate Spanish content for bilingual agents and the Hispanic market.
